Founding Partner
Development economist and political scientist with extensive experience in multilateral institutions (World Bank, IDB), academia, and the private sector. Pablo specializes in macro-political risk, public policy design, and institutional performance analysis across Latin America, the U.S., and emerging markets. Fluent in five languages and skilled in both quantitative and political analysis, he bridges strategic insight with operational relevance for government agencies, multilateral organizations, and private investors.

Valentina Monasterio
Senior Legal Advisor
International lawyer with two decades of experience in public international law, governance frameworks, and multilateral diplomacy. Former Director of External Audit at the United Nations Board of Auditors, she advises on legal-regulatory architecture, treaty law, and institutional compliance. She supports Daedalus’ clients through targeted legal insight that strengthens risk mitigation and reinforces international standards.
